Hi

Please make sure that you’re using the last theme version, clear all caches, deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer and test again.
If you still have this issue please provide a link where we can inspect it closer.

Hi

Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches and test again. Usually this issue appear when the photon module of Jetpack plugin it’s used. If you use this module make sure you deactivate it and test again.
