Each smart list counts the page views. But only 1 page view will be generated when first accessed. They will not change on each slide.

I provided a code to add the ad under the featured image as you mention in your first reply, but if you want to add the ad bnelow a post image (not featured) then you will have to place the ad code manually inside your post content.
