Despite the smart sidebar turned off, it is reflecting on my website. It is hampering the user experience and needs immediate attention. Please help.

Hi,

The smart sidebar can be disabled fully from the theme panel
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/smart-sidebar-2/
Once disabled it would be impossible that the sidebars are still sticky. If you have caching, clear it. Also clear the browser cache or force refresh a page (Ctrl+Shift+R), or test with a new browser.

If possible, post a link to the website so I can take a look. No need to provide the activation key in the forum. I will remove it.
