Hi,
on newsmag v3.4 recently installed, my smart sidebars don’t work anymore. I have a google chrome browser error message in console targeting tagdiv.js file line 6150.
Can you tell me what to do?

Notice that smart sidebar function is too sensible and if it not correctly used, might appear some errors through the console. Make sure that you have right added the td-ss-row extra class to the row and not to the column, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-smart-sidebar/

thanks for your answer.
I did add the extra class to the row as shown in the tut, and…it used to work!
i can’t give you my url as the site is not opened now.
the message in console is
tagdiv_theme.js:6150 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘top’ of undefined
at tagdiv_theme.js:6150
the version of the .js loaded is 3.4 apparently.

First of all, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins. The smart sidebar is a too sensible feature and if your have some untested plugins, the functionality of it might be damaged, sorry! After this, if your problem is still there, please provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at it.
