Smart Sidebar and Adsense

floating ads is a illegal. how can i add on sidebar 300×600 disabled smart ad ? (my english so bad sorry)

example :
search box (enable smart)
300×600 adsense (disabled smart)
sidebar random posts (enable smart)

The smart sidebar behavior does not violate Google AdSense terms of use. I checked with them on that. It’s not a floating sidebar, it’s a sticky sidebar, meaning that the behavior simply sticks the sidebar in place which is a popular element in Bootstrap based design.

The div is still the same and with responsive design can move on the page based on viewport and locale. This is also common with parallax design.

The function only works on desktop and not on mobile.

Why not just turn the sticky sidebar “off” if you’re concerned about the issue and don’t want to hack the theme?
