My domain name is http://insighthimachal.com/ and i have added td-ss-row in all the rows but this is not working
Pleas fix that issue

Hi,
I have checked your site and I see that you have added the class properly to the row, but the sticky sidebar doesn’t work because it doesn’t have enough space to become sticky – http://screencast.com/t/TxYRyY5oI
So try to increase the number of post from your page content(for example block 1 in the above screenshot), or try to add another block bellow the block 1, so the sidebar will become sticky until the second block.
