Smart sidebar not working

Smart sidebar not working on my website.
Consider this post for example:
http://www.culturavietii.ro/2018/01/15/sexul-si-problema-drepturilor-omului-de-stephen-baskerville-partea-iii/

I see no faults in my setup but obviously something is stil wrong. Can you please help fixing it?
