you can notice the the smart sidebar works only with the first sidebar.
I’ve added the “td-ss-row” to sidebars below by it doesn’t work.
Please support.

This could be a plugin related issue. We have recreated the layout of your page and it works at our end.
Please disable all plugins except visual composer and let us know if the problem is still there.
