Hello, I can’t find button in setting, which I can enabled smooth scroll at mobilephone.
Where Can I change?

Hello,
The smoothscroll function was added for google chrome as scrolling on chrome is very jagged. There is no option for mobile or desktop though. There is only an option to activate or deactivate across all platforms: http://screencast.com/t/6AgvaaSaq0QI
