Does anyone know of the best way to implement scrolling navigation / page anchors on the Newspaper theme ?
Will appreciate some guidance.

Hi,
I cannot recommend a plugin, but your topic will be here on forum and maybe another user can make a suggestion.
The smooth scrolling feature was removed from Newspaper 7. There is no more smooth scroll coming from our theme, but rather the browsers themselves.
