Hello,
I am trying to connect my Facebook and Instagram business accounts in the theme panel area, when I go through the steps, everything looks like it’s going smoothly, I get the check boxes for both pages and it says connected when following the steps, then, when it reverts back to the dashboard, I am getting an error in red saying…
Could not find Business Profile
It looks like this Facebook Account is not currently connected to an Instagram/Facebook Business profile or theme’s application has not been authorized to access data for any of the Instagram/Facebook Pages managed by this this Facebook Account.
Please can someone help?
