Social button problem

Hello,i just downdloaded and set tagdiv social counter up.There is no problem about instagram but on facebook counter doesn’t show followers of my facebook page.it says 0.Widget is on sidebar.My webpage is : http://www.egeerson.com
How can i solve this?

If you configured the social counter properly – https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/ please note that there could be some delay between the data synchronization, so just give it a little more time.

Have you set up facebook correctly? Because in order to set it up correctly you need to set up your APP ID, APP TOKEN and SECURITY TOKEN in the Facebook Developer Console!
