Hi,

This can be done only with custom css, just use Chrome inspector tool and target class and make some customize those buttons like you wish: http://screencast.com/t/AEl8AOff0w
You will need custom work for this, if you don’t have basic css/html experience I suggest to hire a professional to do this for you as we cannot provide any custom work for the moment.
