Social Counter plug in shows 0 Fans on Facebook

Hi mates,

For a long time I realized that the social counter plug in does not work proper regarding the facebook fans bar. It shows only 0 fans. Does anyone know how to fix this ?

Why do i get this error when trying to install Newsmag demo?

Ajax error. Cannot connect to server, it may be due to a misconfiguration on the server.
textStatus: error

Can you fix this problem please? Why does it take so long for support on NewsMAg to reply unlike support for Newspaper?
