Social Content Facebook not working

Hi

I recently purchased te theme form themeforest.net and i’ve been tinkhering with it. However, despicte following up the tutorial, i haven’t been able to set the Facebook social Content box, it keeps showing 0 fans. My site is located in http://www.codigocriminal.com, and its running the 7.4 version.

Can you please verify what might be going wrong?

For Facebook page fans count, you have to provide App ID and the App Secret Key for this, please go through this tutorial https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/

@Darraez00 do you have any restrictions set for your Facebook page? I’ve tried to access it and if I am logged out I get this error: http://screencast.com/t/4k4SKhwbOYrD Try to remove any privacy settings or restrictions, also make sure that you generated the security key and app id according wit our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/ clear all caches then test the site again.
