suddenly the fb social counter diplay 0

id code is present and correcct. other counters work ok

Facebook often generates error. Nothing to do with you or your site, but you can test your site page with the facebook debug developer tool they offer on their website.

Hi,

First please make sure that this isn’t happening due to some other plugins you are using so make sure you disable all plugins laving just Visual Composer and Social Counter and also empty cache and/or purge files if you use any cache plugins or CDN host services and try again.
What theme version do you use as we have included the fixed version of the plugin into the latest theme update 4.6 so if you do not using it we suggest that you get the latest theme version from themeforest and you should find the fixed social counter plugin’s version within the theme’s files in the plugins folder.
