while setting up the TagDiv Social Counter, can I use the app id and secret key from the same app that I am using for facebook comments plugin or i must create new app?

Unfortunately we have not tested this. You can try to use the same key and see if it works. If it does not then generate another key for the counter. Did it with new app by the tutorial, and the counter shows 0 instead of the number of fans.
What do I do?
I have no caching plugins.
