Also try this without any plugins active, leave only Visual Composer and Social Counter enabled and empty cache.

I have tried everything I could and also I tried to implement your advice. Nothing worked for me to fix the problem. Yet Facebook in may social counter plug-in is not working (shows 0 fans).

Please also try with the latest theme 4.6.3 that include the latest version of Social Counter plugin 2.10. This version also allow you to add youtube channel(if you need) – http://screencast.com/t/u8z6EkHiFn2
So please update theme and the plugin and let me know how it goes! Use this guide to update(FTP method) – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme/ and update also the plugins that come with the theme from the /plugins folder.

As you can see it I made changes to the theme. Unfortunately, I did not use the childtheme. I don’t know how i can update the theme without loosing the change I made.

Hi,
If you update the theme and you have custom modifications to the theme’s files, unfortunately you will have to re-add those modifications. Please make a backup of your current theme installation so you ca revert if something goes wrong.
