Issue one: I followed all steps in the guide but Facebook is still showing zero on the social counter.
Issue 2: The ad on the top of the website main page loads 5 seconds late after the website finished loading. by the that time, the user missed seeing the ad.

1)Please ensure that you are using the latest version of Social Counter 4.1 in order to achieve best results with this counter, clear all your caches and test it again. If your problem is still there after this, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect your issue.
2)Please notice that this type of problem is not theme related. The theme only renders the ad code that is delivered by Google (Google Adsense). Please notice that the time of delivering is relative and might depend on most causes. I suggest contacting the Google Adsense, tell them the problem, because they should be able to provide a more accurate response in this regard.
