Social counter and Author box widget not working

hi,
1. could anyone check why the social counter (Instagram account) does not sum up correctly followers from the IG account?

2. This is regarding Author box – when I add it to Newspaper default sidebar (Appearance -> widgets) it’s not capturing global text and picture. I have only empty default grayed out picture with AUTHOR NAME inactive link,

Hello !

Please let us know what Newspaper Theme version you are running ?

Also note that the Author Box gets the information from WordPress users tab which is located in the Dashboard.

hi Vlad,
I use version 10. I activated tagDiv Standard Pack

Author box is perfectly working as widget on my homepage (biography content is getting loaded without any problem) but when I enter any post page, widget does not load.
It gives gray IMAGE AUTHOR BOX
