Try to switch to a test ID like cocacola for example – http://prntscr.com/msz60n
See if that works, then switch to your own.

Delivering my wordpress password to solve the Instagram problem does not seem serious. If the Newspaper has stopped being compatible with Instagram, tell me directly or give me a solution that I can prove. My version is 9.2 and you promised that it would be solved. We can only investigate closer if you can provide a temporary admin access to the website, cPanel may also be needed to take a look to the server settings. In some cases a security setting or firewall active on the server was causing the problem.
In theme version 9.2 there was no issue with Instagram except from a few cases when he Jetpack photon was causing the images not load when active.

Also please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
