Social Counter breaks site after making backup

So last week I made a backup of my staging server, then installed it locally. Changing the values for site name and URL of course. However there is a rather strange issue with social counter plugin breaking the site. For whatever reason, the page fails to complete rendering when it gets to the social counter widget in the sidebar. So it ends up being a page that is missing the sidebar, footer, and WP admin bar (if logged in).

If I removed all of the values from the widget, or enter values into previously empty options of the widget, or even delete the widget entirely, the page renders completely fine. It’s only when I have filled out the options that were filled from the staging server that it decides to break. It doesn’t matter what I enter into the fields that were filled out. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin, deleting the “widget_td_social_counter_widget” and “td_social_api_v3_last_val” entries from the database, but no luck.

Does anyone have any idea why this would be happening?
