I have the social counter on my sidebar.
Twitter no problems – count is 100%
Facebook, it shows 4 while we are over 3.5K
Any insights on why does this happen?

Hi,
If you use the latest theme version (8.7.4) as well as the latest social counter plugin version (4.4), then there should be no problem.
Simply be sure to configure Facebook with a valid ID, no other account information required
