Also make sure that you have added it as you need to install the plugin first.
Make sure you install it from the /plugins folder that was provided together with the theme files when you’ve downloaded it from themeforest: http://themeforest.net/downloads

I tried to disable all plugins except, but still does not work plugin social counter. The only problem is that I do not have the widget with name social counter. there is only widget social icon

Hi,
First check if the plugin is installed and active – http://screencast.com/t/1NosXJyV8F
Look into the widget section for the [tagdiv] Social Counter widget – http://screencast.com/t/DTU3iFMeoUWL
If it’s not there try to disable the rest of the plugins, also try to delete the plugin and re-install it.
If you made any modifications on the code remove them, if you use a cdn/cache disable it.
You can also try the theme on a local fresh install.
