Social Counter Doesn't Show No. Of Facebook Followers

Hello, I tried all the methods as per documentation of the theme. all the social counters are active but only facebook & instagram followers are not showing. any solution.

Hi,

I also have the same problem, I’m going crazy!
In detail the instagram counter remains fixed on a number, even if the followers have increased.
Do you have a solution??

Please notice that the problem with Facebook does not come from our theme but only from the Facebook stuff, sorry! Try to generate another Facebook App Key, ensure that key has been approved by the Facebook and it’s valid and clear all the caches and check the results. Still not working, I create a new FB app and activate also clear the cache and noting.
