I’ve just bought and installed the newsmag theme. It looks pretty great!
However, I’m having problem with the social counter. It doesn’t show the number of followers for both my facebook and youtube account. However, when clicked it directs me to the correct place.
When tested with a few accounts, some worked but some doesn’t. Mine didn’t work.

Make sure that your FB account is not private and set up the Social COunter according to the following documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial/

A mí me pasa el mismo problema que @haziqrahim, funcionan todas las redes, con excepción de YouTube. Y está configurado correctamente. Incluso al hacer clic sobre la liga, sí me lleva a la dirección correcta. El problema es que en SUSCRIPTORES aparece como 0.

Please make sure that your Social Counter has been correctly updated to the latest version of it. Clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer to your setup page. Also, provide CPanel access for more deeper investigations.
