Social Counter doesn't work properly

Social Counter doesn’t work properly, facebook fans number is 0 instead more than seven hudreds. I used tutorial and the result is still the same (0).

Please make sure that you’re using V 4.1 of Social Counter plugin and also make sure that you have set it according with our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/ clear all caches then test again.
