Social Counter doesn't work

Hi,

At http://behitech.com in sidebar, social counters seem not functional except youtube. Do you have any fix about them?

Hello,

Please make sure you follow this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
For google plus, please use a standard g+ page not a collection.
As for facebook, please make sure you add the app id, secret key and access token in the social counter widget settings.

Thanks for your quick reply.

I’ll check the with Google Plus. But for FB everything is there but still can’t see any counts

Hello wow_themes,

I have tested your facebook Id on my website and everything seems to work as expected, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/phrD4VIM Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and also, the latest version of required plugins which come bundled with the theme core packet. Also, if you are using some untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer, Social Counter to active, clear all your caches and install only tested plugins and rule out any conflicts.
