Hello, I can’t get “social counter” to work. I’ve tried several twitter accounts and it’s always at zero. it doesn’t work.

For Facebook, please make sure that this one is connected in the theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/ySbEQrT.png https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
Also, you can check the guide to set them correctly the ids.

Hi, you don’t read.
The number of the follower is alawys 0 with Twitter.
I tried FB and it’s don’t work too…

I have to manually enter the number of subscribers in the “Twitter fixed count” box, otherwise the counter stays at zero!
