We are a big fan of tD.
Recently, we have tried Social Counter widget in our NewMag themed website.
But unable to get the “Access token”.
We have tried all the pieces of advice i.e. update the plugin, clearing cache etc.
Not able to integrate yet.
Please help.

First of all, please ensure that you are using the latest theme version which is available for our Theme Forest section and then, make a clean install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard.
The problem with the “Get Access Token” might be from the browser caches. Before pushing it you should clear all of the browser caches and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there or the FB will not count correctly, please let us know and provide your website URL. Also, ensure that you are using the latest theme version and only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and check the results.
