Good evening; I have a problem with my social counter!! I really don’t know what can be the problem ?? I have try to make the counter from the widgets, in pages, and in the Themepanel, and with the counter from Facebook it doesn’t work !! I have try with the number and with the name: valladolidsiglo21 If some one want to get in the web page: http://www.valladolidsiglo21.com you can see how the link to Facebook work correctly and sent you to the Facebook page, but the counter don’t work !!

Please make sure that you configured the Social Counter plugin according with our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial/ clear all caches and test again.

Thank’s for your mail Andrei, but I have tried with the widget and using the visual composer. Finally I have tried too with the Themepanel and It doesn’t work !!
