Facebook doesn’t count fan… i try “envato” or others and counter always stay at 0
It’s working for others networks but not facebook

ok i find the bug when there is a lot of fans the social counter doesn’t work

We plan to update the social guide, indeed now the Facebook counter requires only the ID to be entered. The ID you mentioned it does not work for you, works in my test.
If you tried with the ID you need and no values are displayed, we could take a look at this. Send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin access. Include a link tot his topic in the email.
