Please make sure you followed every step properly and give it some time as it is not a live count and it’s also affected by cache. Also check id your facebook page is set to public.

Thanks for your prompt response. may be I didn’t explain it properly.
I mean I have these issues when I click on social networks in the top header and the footer. I set up them properly from the theme panel but only Facebook and YouTube are working properly. twitter, google plus, vimeo and VK are taking my website url instead of the network url.

Please check your social networks URL in the theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/GucgWxXI. This section does not work like the social counter. You have to add the complete URL in the fields for example:
facebook: https://www.facebook.com/midronepro
g+: https://plus.google.com/117601634667002127951
twitter: https://twitter.com/midronepro
You must include the https://

Hi,
Please allow it a bit of time as the counter is not a live count and is affected by cache. It makes only a few requests per day to the server so in a couple of hours it should work. Please make sure you also clear your cache.

First I install it on a temaporary account and now when I re-install de theme on the proper account it’s impossible to install it. I try to send you a message to “contact@tagdiv.com” but the mail failed.

Please try to uninstall your social counter from the plugins section of WP and also delete files. Then try to install the counter again. If it still does not work, please try to install the plugin via FTP. https://urbangiraffe.com/articles/how-to-install-a-wordpress-plugin/
