Social counter (Facebook stats) stopped updating

My social counter stopped updating the Facebook total likes stat. Currently 90K followers, counter is still at 88K

Any suggestion?

In my case the Facebook social counter has stopped three days ago. I suppose it will be that the facebook API has changed. Are there any solutions? .Thank you.

Hello !

We managed to find a quick fix. Upgrade the timeout field to 1000 and delete the cache. If the problem still persists or you don’t manage to do it please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look.
