Hello all,
i have added the social counter to our website, using Youtube and Facebook.

While Youtube workd perfectly no matter what i try the FB count stays at 0.
Tried to implement it as a widget in a sidebar and (that is the current status) just adding social counter in the visual composer.
Please Note: I entered all data, but the problem seem to be the “Facebook Access Token”. When pushing “Get Access Token” there is “Please wait…” but nothing happends.
I followed the guide and took the data from the FB developers site.

Anybody else with problems like that?
The Plugins are all up to date.

Hello,
You will need the access token for the plugin to work. It will not work without it. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Then try to get the access token again.
Without the access token the plugin cannot pull the proper info.

thank you for your answer, will try it out. Don´t have access to the CDN at the moment, therefore can´t test. Makes sense, that without access token it is not working.

+1…I, too am experiencing this yet the demo video they show clearly indicates something more than ‘0’. If someone from tagDiv could please reply, or another user who has had success…it would be greatly appreciated.
