Hi there, I know that this plugin is very popular and I read How to configure plugin, https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/. However, the counter doesn’t work:
1. I connect my Facebook and Instagram Business successfully.
2. I tried to put to Facebook ID my page ID 110631288122218 or name novyny.mk.ua and to Instagram field.
However it didn’t help me too much. Still – zero. Please advise
