Hi – I’m new. Social counter works (facebook and twitter) for me in sidebar widget but facebook counter not working in separate social counter on home page. I have tried deleting and recreating several times.

Please ensure that you have right set your Social Counter (Facebook account) according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/ Try to clear all your caches and test it again.
