Social Counter Instagram Not Working

Hello,

The social counter for my website, specifically just instagram, doesn’t seem to be working. It says I have 2,800 or so followers, but I actually have almost 4,000. Do you know why this might not be updating?

Please clear your cache and purge CDN files if you use it. If it doesn’t work, you can try to disable all other plugins except visual composer and social counter and check it again.

I tried doing what you suggested and still didn’t work. Any other suggestions?

Hello,
Please make sure you have the latest version of social counter (version 3.0 is the latest) Uninstall your current version and install the one the comes with the theme (if you have not already)
Another thing you can try is to use a different username on your instagram social counter. Place anyone you like, maybe something like cocacola for example and see if it gets the followers from that one. Then revert back to your own so the plugin reloads your account info.
