Hello, Social Counter, is not counting the number of page fans.
A Social Counter block appears page on facebook and other social networks wrong.
How do I fix?

First of all, please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme ->> Newspaper 7.0.1 and also, please make sure that you have right updated all your required plugins to the latest version of the theme, like so ->Visual Composer ->4.11.2 and Social Counter ->4.0. Clear all your caches and test it again and check the results.

Visual Composer I have but do not have the premium, it is necessary to buy?
I’m having same issue, updated WordPress, Newspaper 7.0.1 and Visual Composer 4.11.2.
All fields of social counter filled properly, but every item listed says O fan (and I’ve more than 33.000 followers on facebook).
Just Youtube channel reports the right number of followers, but Facebook, Instagram and Twitter doesn’t.
EDIT : I managed to fix Facebook counter by deleting and recreating my facebook app. I still can’t see Instagram followers, maybe I’ve put the wrong format for the user ? I’ve tried :

It still counts zero followers (there are 287)

@ederpira, please notice that the it is not necessary to have the premium version for Visual Composer because this will not come bundled with our theme and also, the theme has not been tested with the premium version of Visual Composer.
@davider, if you’re sure that you have followed all the steps which have been explained you above and if your problem is still there regarding no your Social Counter, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect your setup page. Regarding on our Instagram, we have done a lot of investigations and it seems to be an issue with this social. Please try to add the following code in the certain file in order to achieve best results in this regard.
