Social counter missing redirect_uri parameter

Greetings,

I am getting the error “missing redirect_uri parameter” while trying to set up the social counter . THis error occurs while trying to retrieve the facebook access token. I have followed the tutorial and put in the Facebook App Id and security key and have also done some google searches and not found answer.

Hi,

There was a problem in receiving the access token in the previous social counter plugin version. Please make sure you are using the latest version from the theme package. Deactivate and delete the plugin you are using now, and install the latest one. Then clear your browser cache (Example for Chrome – https://www.screencast.com/t/f9Q66lPx1fY) and try again. Or use a different browser when configuring the plugin. Here is a tutorial about the social counter
