Social Counter Not Available

Hi there,

I just updated to 6 from 4 and have been re implementing some features on a site.

My issue is I am not able to add the social counter. It is not showing as an option at all in the element list. TagDiv is installed and active.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Hi,

Please make sure that you have updated and activated also the Social Counter plugin, install it from here – http://screencast.com/t/qauliNRwnyKe and check the version – http://screencast.com/t/Z7xQhguo3F
Now it should be available in Widgets section to add it in your sidebar(s) – http://screencast.com/t/0BGmdfTZG and also through the Visual Composer elements, just make sure that all elements are selected – http://screencast.com/t/NCsMouaiq – http://screencast.com/t/YCeRyZT6mjNl

Thanks for the help. I disabled/enabled via here http://screencast.com/t/qauliNRwnyKe, but when I am here http://screencast.com/t/Z7xQhguo3F I am only at version 1.3. I cannot figure out how to update from here. Went to TagDiv and tried to find the plug in without luck.

Sorry if this is obvious, but I’m stuck. Thanks!

Hi,

You have to deactivate and delete the old version of the plugin – http://screencast.com/t/FZZsE328r then install it from here – http://screencast.com/t/Jwj9PwgEQB
Or you can connect via FTP and delete the plugin – http://screencast.com/t/Jf9VwyIl and upload the new version from theme’s files that you download from themeforest, you can find it in /plugins folder – http://screencast.com/t/CrizmiEuB
