Social Counter not Counting Facebook

I think I followed all the instruction, but the Social Conuter doesn´t count my Facebook likes.

Is this a problem with the new WP Version (4.5.1 installed) and/or newsmag (2.3.6)?

Hi

Please make sure that you have setup the plugin according with our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial/ clear all caches then test again.
Let us know how it goes and if the problem persist please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your login credentials and we will inspect this issue as soon as possible, also include a link to this topic.

Try to update the plugin from the file provided here: http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/td-social-counter.zip clear all caches then test again.
