Just updated my NewsPaper theme for the latest version. I tried Social Counter again (wasn’t using it in previous updates due to similar errors) and it looks ok… unless regarding Twitter. Altough it’s linking for the right account it shows 0 instead of 89 followers.
I’ve browsed a bit before posting this request for help and found Lucian warning about the need of updating the TagDiv social counter plugin to 2.7. In fact mine shows 1.0 but not only doesn’t it mention any updates available as i’ve, as i said, updated the theme for the latest version so i guess this plugin should have been updated. Any hints on what i need to do to get this working?

Same here. Have updated to 2.7 but Twitter still doesn’t count. Facebook and G+ works fine, though.

@Mauras Please add and use the social counter widget right using this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-manage-the-social-counter/
Make sure you install it from the /plugins folder that was provided together with the theme files when you’ve downloaded it from themeforest. You have to deactivate and delete the version that you have installed and re-install the version 2.7 provided with the theme.
The social counter plugin included into the latest theme version is 2.7 so make sure you have it like this: http://screencast.com/t/YqAjnWg7IO

@jlee620 If you have the latest version like I said above please try to deactivate all plugins, leave only Visual Composer and Social Counter active and see if this work, also clear cache. Let me know if you still have this issue and provide your site URL.
