I’ve seen this question posted a few different times but none of the solutions seem to be helping. Could someone assist me with this issue.

Try to deactivate all plugins except VC and Social Counter, clear all caches and test again. If the problem persist please provide your site url and facebook id so I can inspect this issue closer.

Social Counter can display the fans number of a Facebook page only if that is public. In your case the user must be logged in as the page can be viewed: http://screencast.com/t/AlO4hi55l that’s why the plugin indicate 0 fans. Try to set your page as public and test this again.

Solved, thank you! However, is there any way that I can enter details of my facebook page privately. I know other plugins provide this option. My facebook page requires an age rating of 17+.

For now the Social Counter plugin can’t receive the fans number if any restrictions are set on the page. To change that you will need to customize the plugin’s code and unfortunately we cannot offer any custom work at this moment, as we work hard on the development, updates, fixes and support. You can always get a freelancer from sites like: http://studio.envato.com/ if you don’t know how to do it yourself.
