Social counter not showing numbers

I have set up my Facebook account inside Social Networks, but the counter still shows 0. What’s wrong?

Sorry, maybe I am really stupid, but how do I select the page? I cannot click on it nor do I see a checkbox.

I have the same problem with youtube. In social networks, I have inserted the correct API key and in the theme, I have inserted the complete channel URL. Youtube still shows 0 subscribers (though I have over 4k).

Hello,

You must be the page administrator to access it, then set the ID in the social counter.
