Social Counter not showing youtube suscribers

I have done everything as showed here https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
Still youtube suscribers is not updated in my site subdominioreportedental.johngil.com
I even uninstall and reinstall the plugin but it still doesn’t work
Please help!

Hello Celene,

I have inspected your website and I saw that your Youtube Channel does not display the number of Subscriber, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/hZSJaQ2O You should enable them if you want to bring some results with Social Counter.
