Social counter not updated and same for recent instagram image

Hello,

I have a problem which is my website doesn’t display the last social counter (it keep some paste value of like in my instagram/facebook page) and i notice that it doesn’t also get my recent instagram photos, i don’t know which is the issue because it still display some old pictures.

what can i do to solve this problem? what is the issue that it make the content not updated it.

i use the version : 9.0.1

Hi,

In ideal cases the social counter will synchronize every three hours, caching plugin may interfere with this process however.

You need to clear the cache manually. That should refresh the data.

In case the counts don’t increase properly in the future, either clear the cache manually again, or set a lower cache expiration period if that plugin has such an option (most do).
