Social Counter was working fine until it stopped updating for Facebook and TikTok
Facebook counter is stuck at 6008 and TikTok counter is stuck to 0…
Other counters seems to work fine…

I have the exact same issue on maaza-ti.com
I made sure all tagdiv plugins are installed. Currently running Social Counter V4.9.
I don’t use any caching plugin and this site has been live for 3 weeks.
Still,the social counter plugin doesn’t don’t pick the number of Facebook fans, YouTube subscribers and Instagram followers. It shows 0 for all social media
What should I do?

For Youtube please check if you have set the Youtube API in Theme Panel -> Social Networks => https://www.screencast.com/t/sJMmQsPfd and the id is => https://pastebin.com/F6ebt4uM
Unfortunately, our team is working on the Instagram issue, but you can set the Instagram fixed count with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/In8UL9Q92n until the issue is resolved.

So the social counter takes automatically the total of the followers or we’ve to insert it manually in the fixed-field?

But the weird thing is that it only concerns Facebook, Instagram and TikeTok counters..

Last update didn’t solve anything
I have problems with :
– Facebook (not updating)
– Instagram (not updating)
– TicToc (stuck to 0)
It works for Pinterest and Twitter…

Please make sure you have the latest update of the theme (version 11) and the plugins up to date. After that, reinstall the composer and the social counter plugin.
Also, check if you have set up the page in the theme panel -> social networks.
If the problem is still there, then we need to see what happened there.
