Social Counter not working

Hi
my social counter is returning 0 like for my facebook page.
I configured it correctly and I can get the access tokes, but still counter on 0.

any help?

Hi,

Please also clear caching as the counter is affected by cache.
Provide a link to your site as well so I can inspect it.

Hi,

It seems your facebook page is not set to public though. Your page needs to be accessible even without an account so the counter can pull the likes from the page.

I found it out
basically I set up an age limit > 18 and this caused the page not to be displayed to everyone

Hi TagDiv,
I am having issues with Social Counter too. It shows 0 likes for Facebook though when I click on the box it redirects me to the Facebook page. I configured the app id and got access token but still facing the same problem.

@Nghia Shin Please set your Facebook profile page to public. At the moment it is not

The social counter will not work if the profile page is set to private.

Hi,
Same problem for me.

Facebook and Google+ are zero but Twitter works ok.
Followed all instructions and deleted cache. Facebook is public. Still zero.

Oh it’s working now. So indeed there is quite some delay.
But it works. Great!!
