Today I update newspaper 7 and Social Counter Not working

Arafat,

You need to update the social counter to the 4.0 version, it is not automatically updated with the 7.0 theme.

The bad news is the new social counter is not displaying the facebook followers numbers, in my case it shows ( 0 followers ), but the other social networking is displaying correctly. I’m now waiting for some solution…

Hello all,

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of Visual Composer 4.11.2 that come bundled with the latest update from Theme Forest. Please clear all your caches and check again the results. The Social Counter should work fine because was tested with the latest version and works as properly. Also, please notice that the Social Counter is not live and it may take a while until this process works fine.
